52Ayurvedic Living is part of Mary Therapeutic Massage and Ashtanga Yoga Shala New Braunfels. Through Ayurvedic Living, Mary and Gebhard offer Ayurvedic Consultation, workshops and events to teach about Ayurveda and how to incorporate Ayurvedic practices in a persons daily life. The Ayurvedic Consultation, consists of identifying an individuals Gunas and Doshas, and techniques to balances these out when they are out of balance. Ayurvedic Living also offer high quality organic ayurvedic products to enhance a persons well being.
Initial Session: (Full Consultation) This initial session is necessary if you've never had a consultation with any Ayurveda Consultant and have limited knowledge of Ayurvedic Principles. Partial Session: For those already knowledgeable on Ayurvedic principles and need some guidance on their current health issues.
